Today is 9th December. I tried to telephone this company to see if they could supply urinary equipment that my current supplier was out of stock and were on long term delay. Waited 19 minutes then hung up. Tried again and waited 38 minutes before just registering and ordering the items I needed. Mid after noon I checked on their website but could not find any details about my order. Have now been on the

Today is 9th December. I tried to telephone this company to see if they could supply urinary equipment that my current supplier was out of stock and were on long term delay. Waited 19 minutes then hung up. Tried again and waited 38 minutes before just registering and ordering the items I needed. Mid after noon I checked on their website but could not find any details about my order. Have now been on the telephone for 17minutes and 46 seconds and given up. If this is an example of their service then its worse than getting through to my GP.
