Catheter Issue I am writing to follow up on an ongoing issue with my fathers leg catheter. I initially called regarding problems with the catheter and was informed that someone would reach out within 48 hours. However, I did not receive any call. When I called again, I was told that I had been contacted and a message was left. However, I have no record of any missed calls or messages. I made two additional calls and was assured that I would receive a call back, but I still have not heard from anyone. This is becoming increasingly urgent as the catheter is falling out, and there is a significant risk of infection. Please prioritize this issue and get back to me as soon as possible.
