I would like to thank all the ladies I have dealt with at Charter on 08000853745, for all their help since my Mum had a stoma fitted at 82yrs of age in 2019. Mum copes marvellously but is an eternal worrier. This mornings problem was another dealt with efficiently, with care & expertise. My help from Bev this morning was above and beyond as I totally unloaded on her. Bev was so kind & patient,
