i have been using charter for nearly a year. they fill my prescription for me and i have free dry wipes and black bags. i usually receive my order three days after phoning it in. the only time its been difficult to phone my order was in the begining of lockdown. i think because staff where working from home. altogether i have been very happy with the service.
