A knowledgeable caring and friendly team at Coloplast Charter, they have assisted us in caring for my husband supplying his stoma care supplies, they cut the adaptors using a personalised template which they have stored on their system as I have arthritis affecting my fingers, this is a massive help as his stoma pouches are two separate pieces individually personalised and suited to his needs whenever we have needed support and advice they are
A knowledgeable caring and friendly team at Coloplast Charter, they have assisted us in caring for my husband supplying his stoma care supplies, they cut the adaptors using a personalised template which they have stored on their system as I have arthritis affecting my fingers, this is a massive help as his stoma pouches are two separate pieces individually personalised and suited to his needs whenever we have needed support and advice they are there at the end of the phone or emailing to ensure that my husband’s needs are met (we also have a stoma care nurse based at the hospital who would visit my husband) Anytime there was a problem – a delay in getting the prescription to them electronically they would send samples to cover the period of time we were waiting – our surgery is a very busy surgery. The communications online from Charter were always very efficient and reassuring informing us they have received our request items are ready fir despatch pending authorisation of the prescription/prescription received/ order despatched and expected delivery. The support and service we received from Coloplast Charter was very reassuring and professional they exude an air of calm reassurance. Therefore we have no hesitation in recommending them and their delivery service UPS to others without reservation
