Review for Coloplast Charter by David

I can’t fault their products or reliability in sending their products out on time unfortunately they choose to use DPD as their delivery service and half the time they can’t be bothered to deliver. Sunday I waited in for a much needed delivered but apparently we weren’t in. Instead I got a picture of a road closed sign from the next village and even though they had another hour and a two mile diversion they didn’t turn up. Previously we weren’t in again and well within the delivery slot a got a blurred picture of a random house two villages down which we pass frequently . It had obviously been taken from a moving van, When I did eventually see a driver the following day having requested an early delivery and a call from the manager, which still hasn’t arrived . He turned up at 4:30 and was told that the manager gave out his driver details to newbies so that they could drive straight away. So even though I have been with colopast charter for 11 years and would recommend their products is there a good company out there that doesn’t use DPD. I have tried contacting two other companies but they use DPD
