Review for Coloplast Charter by Debbie

I am only 3 months in with a permanent colostomy and this company have been impeccable. Reliable,super friendly on the phone and had a great support call from them 1 month in and the lady was so caring and really taking the time to listen as well as ask her questions. Last month our surgery had not uploaded the prescription and I had to chase the surgery at 3pm to do so and honestly within 2 hours coloplast had received it back, processed it, packed my order and was collected by DPD that night….. incredible service and definitely dug our surgery of of a hole as they had sat on the prescription not uploading it. Cannot praise them enough, this month I have done my first order online and hope that I have done it correctly but the process seemed very straightforward.
