I moved to Coloplast Charter 6 months ago for my stoma supplies because my previous providers courier was always late and I could never get in touch with them. Since switching, I've had no issues at all. I order my supplies online which is really convenient. The prescription goes straight to my GP and when it's approved I get a notification from Coloplast. I get another notification when the courier, DPD, has the parcel. When

I get another notification when the courier, DPD, has the parcel. When I've needed to call Colopast they have been really friendly, empathetic and knowledgeable. They make life so much easier. Would 100% recommend Coloplast.
