My only problem with getting catheters from Coloplast is that I am now forced to request my repeat prescription from Lakeside Healthcare, my local GP surgery, and they are appaling; it is almost impossible to contact them. They have a useless online system which seems designed purely to save money by not employing sufficient staff. I never had any problem when I could order from Coloplast direct.
