In short, they were superb, an example of how a good company should react to customer concerns. I received an email from their VP Commercial Operations who took the time to explain how my situation had exposed a short coming in their new CRM product – that’s being plugged. I also received a call from Wendy a specialist Stoma nurse who took a great deal of time explaining how I could help alleviate some of the issues I was having. Having spent the best part of an hour on the phone I was certainly better equipped to continue my day. Oh, and Wendy has arranged for me to receive a sample of a different seal – just to try! So from it’s a well done Coloplast Charter and thank you.
