I have recently changed from amcare to coloplast Charter and they are great at sourcing the mix and match brands i use, the only slightly down side is when I send my prescription request to my gp- I have to write every product and ref number every order where as with amcare I would just send the request email to gp and amcare would call and ask if I want anything added to my delivery.

But glad I made the change as deliveries are dispatched and received very quickly and with plenty of complimentary accessories
