Been using charter for a long while. Had a few problems over time with coloplast products leaking a few times and items not being in stock. Generally service goes smoothly but when there's a problem communication isn't great. As an example, advised via email that an item needed is out of stock. A 'substitute' product is to be sent but as there's no proactive communication I have no idea what the substitute is/will be unless

A 'substitute' product is to be sent but as there's no proactive communication I have no idea what the substitute is/will be unless I ring up and query it. When I do no-one at charter knows. They're always friendly but I'd prefer a 100% service that delivers when I need it to rather than sympathy.
