I Have been dealing with Coloplast for approx 7/12 and found them to be friendly, efficient and helpful. I recently realised that was almost out of my catheters lrang at 9am and my parcel was delivered before 2pm the next day.l consider that to be an excellent service. Also my call was dealt with in a asympathetic and reassuring manner
