my goods are delivered in days i never have to wait for anything out of stock. i get a phone call once a month to make sure.i am not having any problems. they phone me with new products to see if i would like to try them. couldnt wish for a more superb company. i have had mine 33yrs my stoma and gone through many companies but i wouldnt change charter health care.xx
