I usually order everything online, their site is easy to navigate and use. It is very rare it takes longer than 1 calendar week for my order to arrive, the quickest to date was just 3 days! My stoma nurse directed me to charter healthcare for my stoma supplies after I had my surgery 6 years ago. On the few times I’ve spoken to them, they’ve always been polite, respectful and helpful. I usually order everything online, their site is easy to navigate and use. It is very rare it takes longer than 1 calendar week for my order to arrive, the quickest to date was just 3 days! Any problems with deliveries are quickly dealt with by the lovely staff at charter. Can find no fault with their service.
