I have been using this company for the past 14years, in that time there has only ever been one problem with delivery and that was not the coloplast but my GPs surgery at the time, when I contacted coloplast, they went out of their way to help me and they saved the day. I changed surgery. after that. The reason for the error was due to it coming up to christmas and I had ordered
I have been using this company for the past 14years, in that time there has only ever been one problem with delivery and that was not the coloplast but my GPs surgery at the time, when I contacted coloplast, they went out of their way to help me and they saved the day. I changed surgery. after that. The reason for the error was due to it coming up to christmas and I had ordered too early therefore the prescription was not issued. I was down to my last bag , when I spoke to my surgery the receptionist said, can you not use something else until your delivery arrives. Absolutely ridiculous. Coloplast have also assisted me when I had various bag issues, everything from leakages, sore skin and advise on how to manage other stoma problems. I'm very grateful for all their help and advice. the staff are kind, very understanding no matter how big or small the problem.
