Review for Coloplast Charter by Karen

Sadly recently i have been very let down by Charter and am still outstanding Urostomy Bags from an order placed in July. Lack of communication and very hard to get to speak to them. Was sent an alternative product but was not suitable. I rang to tell them and still waiting to hear back from them. Not good when you cannot rely on them to deliver essential products needed for day to day living.
