Review for Coloplast Charter by Katherine

The reason I am writing this review is that I am really surprised that this company uses so much wasteful packaging and non environmentally friendly materials. LIke all pharma companies that I know, they lag behind in their adoption of an eco friendly policy. Also, if you are thinking of complaining about a faulty product, I found that they are extremely pedantic and difficult about accepting that a product of theirs could not work properly and tend to try and blame the customer. I had to send serial numbers and return the relevant items by post which was a hassle for me as I am ill. It is also the only company that I am aware I can use for my orders and I am sure that this is true for many NHS patients so I cannot compare it with any other making a review fairly pointless but here goes anyway.
