It's a fact of life that not all companies are going to be perfect at all times. But ,and it really is a very BIG but, Coloplas have always provided me with with truly excellent service, on receiving my prescription. They advise that my order has been packed. I Am kept informed of progress, and without fail I receive delivery in two days of my order being placed. I have had my stoma for over four years now .Coloplas-charter are approachable and so easy to deal with. Advice is so freely available, even to the point of regular phone calls to see how i am coping and if I need any help or advice. My initial experience was very reassuring, during what was a slightly bewildering time. I have total confidence in this company, and find the products, very well designed and easy to use. Another bonus , and very much appreciated are the complimentary items I receive with my order, wet and dry wipes and disposal bags. This simple gesture gives comfort and removes anxiety of having to source these items myself. All round an excellent company, AND. You will always deal with a human being. No multi choice phone system. But real people who take a genuine interest in you.
