Was with Charter from day 1 until very recently (close to three years). The delivery was becoming and issue as according to Charter they could not sort their system to tell DPD not to leave the parcel outside but to leave it with a neighbour. Oddly enough, my new supplier sorted it straight away using DPD. No communication asking why I moved to another company which says it all really.
