I have used Coloplast Charter for 9 years and have nothing but praise for their treatment and understanding. Prepared to go the extra mile every time, with the customer always paramount. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My biggest problem is with the GP. surgery who cannot seem to convey the correct order to Charter on a frustrating regular basis.
