I was completely happy using Coloplast Charter until recently when I contacted them regarding the fact that I was very low on my supply of clear advantage sheaths, to the point where it was urgent. After contacting my GP in order to get the prescription put through urgently I was informed by an agent, the following day that the sheaths were ready for despatching. After contacting my GP in order to get the prescription put through urgently I was informed by an agent, the following day that the sheaths were ready for despatching. They never turned up and when I contacted them I was informed that the sheaths were not in stock. Their agents should always know what is and what is not in stock and not give clients the wrong information.
