I switched from Securimed a while ago as they were too impersonal and all they seemed to want was an order from also not much help. You have to ask for wipes and bags as well

Since going to Coloplast Charter I found them very helpful in all aspects of my stoma and needs.
I completed an online survey about my stoma and because of that the phoned me back the next day and chatted to me for over 3/4 hr, going through the size and shape of the stoma and my problem at that time. The different types of bags were explained to me and how they worked, as a result, I changed to a convex bag and phone me to see how I am.
If I want to try something else all I have to do is mention it and it’s delivered straight away also wipes and bags etc are included. They also do a cutting service for your bags sizes
Never looked back since joining Coloplast Charter
