I have had to use catheters for 35 years. Every month going into a pharmacy and carrying out an enormous box of catheters. Coloplast Charter have completly changed that. Simple to order, either on the NHS app or now they send me a reminder that its time for a repeat order. The delivery service has been first rate and the rare error rectified straight away. The Coloplast Charter staff have been so friendly and helpful.
