I have used this Company for 5 yrs and have had nothing but praise for them, until the last few deliveries. They have changed from UPS to DPD who are utter rubbish in my area, no one I know has a good word and frankly I have complained so many times about DPD just dumping my parcel if I am out, anywhere when instructions are on the labels…. and still nothing is done. The driver is irresponsible, my neighbour had a go at him twice on my behalf, and still Charter do nothing, they haven’t even acknowledged by last e mail which I sent twice now. I have told them reluctantly I may have to go to Salts who seem ok….I have discussed this with my stoma nurse who tells me many people are having same problem. I would have always given 10 points for recommendation, now it’s 6 …..sorry
