Four stars for products - the hook-and-loop system is too hard to release and tears the surface of the loop section. Also buttons on the leg-bag straps would be a good refinement for added comfort. Night-bag stand is flimsy and falls over easily. Why no emptying tap on night-bags? Otherwise a good company to deal with - quick and easy ordering and delivery.
