I must be unlucky. I have had bad service from this firm almost from the start. Placed order waited nearly a week, no delivery, phoned and was told it was probably lost in transportation. They said another order would be sent out on urgent basis Saturday of last week, today Wednesday and still waiting. If I had this service in a shop, I would shop elsewhere.
