I changed to Charter as they were very reliable and have been for about 3/4 years. I changed to Charter as they were very reliable and have been for about 3/4 years. Sadly this has now changed I totally rely on the products that I order with them but now receiving an order is stressful to say the least. The past few orders have been hit & miss with items often on back order and they cannot tell me when I can expect them. This then relies on me finding a suitable alternative which is not always easy, then contacting my surgery to organise a prescription. Their own supply is letting them down and to top it all in the latest delivery even the suggested substituted item was not in stock and on back order
