I was recommended to use this company when I first had my stoma operation by the dedicated stoma nurse at the Royal Liverpool University Hospital and was told that other companies were available but she had found Coloplast Charter to be very helpful and reliable. I took her advice and I'm very glad that I did. During the 6 years that I have used the company, I have never once been able to fault them
