Iv been with Coloplast Charter since the beginning of my stoma journey nearly 10 years ago. During this time they have NEVER let me down. Occasionally DPD have not followed instructions given to them but Coloplast/Charter have done everything possible to make things right. The clinical team are always on hand for advice or a call back when I've needed them myself or when I've signposted someone else. You have an amazing team of people

Occasionally DPD have not followed instructions given to them but Coloplast/Charter have done everything possible to make things right. The clinical team are always on hand for advice or a call back when I've needed them myself or when I've signposted someone else. You have an amazing team of people who genuinely enjoy their job. I could of switched to ordering my stoma supplies online a long time ago, but to be honest I really enjoy every conversation I have with them. Always friendly, upbeat and really helpful! It genuinely feels like a personal family business & I love this. The products are second to none, & I have tried a lot of other competitors products. Keep up the fantastic work. I have never felt the need to go elsewhere for my supplies.
