The only problem I have had was on one delivery dpd said we where not but they went to they wrong estate and wrong house . Another time dpd put my parcel on my neighbours step even though he would have seen 29 on the door not 27 and that house has a different post code. None of this was coloplast Charter fault . Definitely dpds mistakes.
