Have been using coloplast since having my operation in 2020., as stoma nurse use this company. I’ve had excellent service with products and questionnaires during the pandemic .one of the health advisors rang me to ask how I was getting on, very kind and understanding. Had issues with delivery when switched to DPD, but once coloplast were informed of problems, things were rectified with orders since then…they no longer leave parcel on pavement in street
