At one stage I could order easily and without fuss online. Over the last year or so my products do not appear on my account and for some reason they keep disappearing. I have raised this with the company on multiple occasions and have been assured the problem will be resolved. Alas, it has not been resolved and whenever I order, i have to make contact, which is inconvenient. I don’t understand why they can’t

Alas, it has not been resolved and whenever I order, i have to make contact, which is inconvenient. I don’t understand why they can’t sort this problem once and for all.
