Since I had op for a reversal that failed, I've not been seen by a stoma nurse, either in hospital or in the community. Have been told the previous community nurse was no longer working for coloplast, and no alternative was being looked at. Was advised my nearest community appointment would be in Southampton (I'm.based in brighton) which would be a 90min 64 mile journey. I've notified coloplast about issues I have Ben just get

Have been told the previous community nurse was no longer working for coloplast, and no alternative was being looked at. Was advised my nearest community appointment would be in Southampton (I'm.based in brighton) which would be a 90min 64 mile journey. I've notified coloplast about issues I have Ben just get referred to my GP, who I can only see Monday to Friday when I'm at work. Overal, mixed opinions. Supplies mostly arrive without issues but the aftercare does need a lot of work.
