I have had very good experiences with everyone at Charter/Coloplast. I was recently contacted by someone from their company, to discuss a new product and to ask if I wanted some samples to try. ( I am always happy to try new products!) I said I would and am very pleased to have done so. She followed up on the phone and discussed my progress, and I agreed to have the new products. I have

I have had very good experiences with everyone at Charter/Coloplast. I was recently contacted by someone from their company, to discuss a new product and to ask if I wanted some samples to try. ( I am always happy to try new products!) I said I would and am very pleased to have done so. She followed up on the phone and discussed my progress, and I agreed to have the new products. I have got them on my prescription now and getting on very well and much better.
