They do a marvelous job, If there is a problem, Then they do their best to rectify it. I once had a problem with adhesives, and I was a sent a different type of elastic tape to try which didn't affect my skin. That worked perfectly. If the order has a problem. it's usually down to the doctor who will not prescribe the amount you need.
