Never had a problem with agents or delivery. Love that bags are pre-cut and the complimentary things that we often forget that makes things a bit easier eg black bags, wipes etc. only thing that was raised by a Carer recently was the night bags (5550) do not have protectors on end of tube for when not in use which means there is the chance of infection. I raised this with Fittleworth who said they’d ask Manufacturer and get back to me and they never did. Hence 1 star less for Communication.
