Unfortunately, prescriptions are issued and managed by your GP, including where they are sent, so this is outside of our control. We would recommend speaking directly with your GP surgery to ensure your prescription is processed correctly and sent to the right place. If there’s anything we can assist with from our side, please do let us know.
