After being diagnosed with the need to use a catheter I was obviously very apprehensive at first. Dealing with Fittleworth eased my concerns and their products are excellent. The friendly and efficient service I received from the staff was 1st rate. The fact that they arrange with my GP practice for the prescription and then arrange delivery quickly using DPD who give 1 hour delivery slots. Overall excellent service!
