Had a huge problem with my delivery and someone at customer services made me feel like I was some sort of idiot that didn’t know their own address. This was escalated and a manger or someone higher confirmed it was delivered to the wrong address. I then got an email about a product that was out of stock that I haven’t used so now I’m waiting to see what bags get delivered. I’ve never had

Had a huge problem with my delivery and someone at customer services made me feel like I was some sort of idiot that didn’t know their own address. This was escalated and a manger or someone higher confirmed it was delivered to the wrong address. I then got an email about a product that was out of stock that I haven’t used so now I’m waiting to see what bags get delivered. I’ve never had a problem with this company but I am going to change suppliers as this experience has given me extreme doubts.
