I’ve been with Fittleworth for coming up to 4 years now since my stoma surgery. I’ve never had any problems with them. They ring me up every month without fail, deliveries arrive on time (even during lockdown) & often with their own delivery person. The customer service people (& delivery person) are friendly & always help if my GP misses any products off the prescription. Big thumbs up!
