I had occasion to contact Fittleworth regarding the order for catheters for my brother. They were able to tell me that the ones requested were on long term back order, and offer me an alternative. Once I accepted, they expedited the order, confirmed with me the shipping address, and added my details so that I would get notification of delivery. Everyone who dealt with my query was extremely helpful, and a pleasure to speak to.
