Communication - generally very good. But on one occasion the guy was very short with me. It was about cutting to size and he said that he couldn't organise the machine to cut halfway between 2 guidelines. My stoma nurse had organised this previously. My stoma product now is still too large a hole, so I have to open the extra ring only a little way so that it is the right size. OK it

My stoma product now is still too large a hole, so I have to open the extra ring only a little way so that it is the right size. OK it works, but is a bit tricky!
