I have had the pleasure of using Fittleworth ever since my colostomy. I deal with this company every month and have never had an issue with their service. Their service is easy to use and you can still speak to an actual advisor on the phone! Every advisor had made me feel I am getting personal service and attention. When so many companies fail to provide even a basic level of good service and the standard of customer care has declined, Fittleworth standards are exemplary.
