Although, sometimes you may have to hang on the phone to be connected, once you are speaking to a Fittleworth agent all the frustration goes away. They are all friendly and helpful, giving advice if needed. Top marks and so much better than an "AI assistant". As the majority of your customers are probably in the older demographic they probably enjoy the interaction.
