I have been with Fittleworth since 2019 and had no issues but recently the time scale to answer phone calls has increased and when I spoke to someone 06/04/25 I was told she was the only one working and I was on hold for 45 minutes she was quite polite however I asked her about the delivery last two times the delivery was left right in front of my door in the past the delivery
I have been with Fittleworth since 2019 and had no issues but recently the time scale to answer phone calls has increased and when I spoke to someone 06/04/25 I was told she was the only one working and I was on hold for 45 minutes she was quite polite however I asked her about the delivery last two times the delivery was left right in front of my door in the past the delivery is to be left behind the black bin which was great and I said how parcel are getting stolen now she said I now need to download the dpd app so I said I am not to clever with all this stuff she said if the package gets stolen it is down to me she said when you leave a message for the dpd delivery driver don’t look at the instructions so I said you need to change the delivery company to the that can read the instructions for the past 5 years every thing was great also everybody don’t have smart phones
