A year since my op and I've only dealt with Fittleworth, it was a while before I realised I could opt for another but don't know how to go about it. Not had many problems with Fittleworth, once part of my order was missing and another time something was out of stock but I didn't have to wait long. I always phone and everyone is very polite and helpful.
