As a relatively new customer, op Feb '25, I haven't got much to compare with; however, Fittleworth have been fantastic so far. You, also with a colostomy, will know about all the new things you have to get used to. The staff at Fittleworth have given me their help, support, experience, encouragement and, most importantly, their time. The Fittle Hub seems to work fine for me, but I don't suppose I've had to do anything

You, also with a colostomy, will know about all the new things you have to get used to. The staff at Fittleworth have given me their help, support, experience, encouragement and, most importantly, their time. The Fittle Hub seems to work fine for me, but I don't suppose I've had to do anything complicated yet. One thing, and this ISN'T really Fittleworth. They use DPD to deliver, who are, in my area, truly terrible. They never knock on the door, so always leave it outside. One went to the wrong house (whom I knew). One went to a house a quarter of a mile away, got it eventually. Fittleworth sent a replacement within 2 days.
