Have used since 2004, always friendly staff on telephone. My supplies are requested electronically from my surgery to Fittleworth and are usually delivered within the week. I have had only 2 occasions to complain due to DPD leaving supplies on doorstep when I have been at home and did not hear doorbell,however my instructions if no answer were to put in summerhouse at rear of property.These instructions do not seem to have been given to
