Firstly Want to say the catheter products that you provide are of excellent quality and have never given me a problem. Until recently (which I'm hoping is now at an end) getting my prescription on time was very hit and miss and was told it had gone into the spine!!! Whatever that means, and other similar reasons. After talking to prescription staff at my GP surgery they have sorted things and all will run smoothly.
